Meet Scarlett
Scarlett holds a degree in Maharishi AyurVeda and Integrative Health from Maharishi International University, the only university in the United States offering an accredited degree in Ayurveda. She has a double minor in Sustainable Living and Vedic Science, both of which she applies to her client interactions, ensuring all aspects of a truly healthy lifestyle are addressed.

Women’s health and family development have a special place in her heart, coming from a lineage of midwives and birth workers. As a DONA trained doula, she loves to support her clients in their journey from preconception throughout pregnancy, labor, and post-natal rejuvenation, into early childhood development using Ayurvedic, Yogic, and Integrative practices. Scarlett is a certified Happy Healthy Mother Baby care provider, meaning she has been extensively trained to provide Ayurvedic support to growing families.

Scarlett is a devout student and teacher of Kundalini and Khalsa Way Yoga. She is blessed to have learned from, and practiced with, some of the greatest yogis alive today including Sat Purkh Kaur Khalsa, Jai Dev Singh, and Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa. She completed her training through the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) and is a RYT-220 Kundalini and RYT-85 Prenatal Yoga Teacher.

An avid chef herself, Scarlett enjoyed several years spent working for and learning from James Beard award-winning chef Chris Shepherd in Houston, TX. In fact, she is an essential part of the team that earned the restaurant the title of 'Best Restaurant in Texas' and 'Best Chef in the World', according to Texas Monthly and The Robb Report, respectively. Scarlett has since continued her culinary education with Divya Alter, the most famous Ayurvedic chef in the United States.

Her unique education and skill set has successfully enabled her to blend the integral aspects of holistic health and well-being with modern demands and environmental regeneration to better serve the complex system of our global society and the Earth.
